MY CANDID ADVICE TO OUR NEWLY ADMITTED STUDENTS IN VARIOUS TERTIARY INSTITUTIONS

One of the things you need to realize is that more than 60% of people who appear to be angelic in there doings and utterances are more than what that appeared to be,reverse or opposite might be their real characters and inner self.Never be so quick and fast to believe people with theways they appear because human beings have many ways to decisive especially on the schoolCampus where students  have degrees in deception and cunning ways to lure freshers to their evil and mischievous ways.School life can be so deceptive and misleading if you are not careful enough, you may fall into the negative side of life in school which many believe is school game, school runs, protection and whatnot as many whohave been misled tag it and believed is the only way to feel fulfilled and be on top of the world while on campus. This believe and ideology is tantamount tofailure, destruction and self-deception which will end in a pitiable and destructive way.  The some of the possible ways to escape from the evil and alluring life of deception in school is what I called the "six ways to live above evil indoctrination and be your real self in school"1. You must scrutinize and access the kind of people you keep as friends because friend can easily motivate and influence you into negative behaviours unknowingly.2. Distance yourself from material things, in other word don't be so carried away by things which students or friends use which can be inform of clothes, shoes or thelevel of money they use or the kind of food they cook or buy.3. Always be contented with what you have, feelsatisfied with the little you have because contentment is the spirit to conquer overzealousness and overambitiouswhich can leads you into negative ways of life.4. Never be so quick to trust people with the way they appear to be which can be so deceptive as disguise may be the top most of their doings.5. Set a goal for yourself  i.e the type of result you want to graduate. Work fervently towards, believe in potential, and believe you can do it even if others think you can't. Believe you can succeed without involving in any elicit act as many acclaimed is the only way to survive in school. Note that believe is the ignition that gets you going on the success ladder and makes you to conquer and overcome your utmost fears.6.Lastly you must be wary of the company you keep, be far from those who believe you must belong to a particular group most of which usually turn to Cult before you will be secured on campus and those whose instincts are tied to the apron string of materialism and gangsterism.Always recall and ponder over these, I earnestly believe with these you all will be at the top of your studies and be saved from the alluring evils of school life.  Wish you all best of luck as you navigate the thorny lane of academic sojourn.
